TENDERS AND QUOTATIONS
It is proposed to engage a registered Private Agency for watch and ward duties for the vidyalaya and Vidyalaya Campus. If you are interested to provide round the clock security service, you may quote your rate/charges for the service, Kindly note that Vidyalaya will not provide any GPF, Insurance etc., or any equipments, uniforms, lathy or torch to the persons employed by you. Please indicate along with your quotations the details of your past and present service with different clients and their address along with your registration certificate(copy) and validity of the registration. For the securities employed you shall submit policeverification certificate.
Copy and terms of condition is herewith enclosed. If the terms and conditions are acceptable to you the sealed quotations may be sent by post so as to reach the school office on or before 14.10.2008. If the rate quoted by you is the lowest and if it is acceptable by the school executive committee you will have to provide security service from 01.11.2008 after entering in to an agreement with the school.
